Made this for my dad yesterday before bringing him for eye scanning ! Tasted just like I imagine - my dad don't usually like cheesy bread but came back for seconds. Haha 。。He loved it and has requested it again soon。。
Ingredients :
10 slice white bread
6 strip bacon diced
6 honey bake ham chop
5 pcs slice cheese
Half cup chedder cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dry basil
Pinch of salt and pepper
Method:
Sliced bread into cubes
In a mixing bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, basil, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
Place half bread cubes on the bottom of the pan and sprinkles with half cheese,bacon, ham and mixture onto it.
Top with remaining bread cubes, bacon, ham and mixture.
Cover with alluminium foil and bake at 170c for 20mins or until golden brown.
Cool 5mins and remove from pan and serve.
