Raspberry Ice Cream Bread

Turn your ice cream into a Loaf of Sweet Bread!

2ingredient icecream bread. This recipe is very sticky. It has a scone-liked consistency. You can use any flavour ice cream that you like.

Ingredients

2cups raspberry ice cream
1.5cup self rising flour

The bread is made by stirring together ice cream and selfrising flour. That's it. The ice cream needs to be softened so it mixes easily with the flour. Transfer the batter into a loaf pan sprayed with non stick spray and bake for 25 to 30mins or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10mins before removing from pan to a wire rack.
This recipe is just plain craziness and it was awesome! It really is . . . And i can't wait to bake it again with other flavour like chocolate  and rum and raisin icecream. . So delicious!

EASY AS PIE .
