Black Sesame Coffee Bun

I'm craving for breads lately ... heehee! I like to make them myself and i enjoy the process, most of all the kneading part where i can knead and press and pull...hahaha! Sounds crazy and torturing.. Then the final part i enjoy so much is that trying to eat the hot buns out from the oven..yummy ! I love this bread as they were soft and fragrant. It remains soft the next day but on the 3rd day it did harden up a bit but 20sec in the microwave it is as soft as they are out of the oven. This was done over the weekends, which i took 1 right after baked. Then 2more in the afternoon with a cup of hot vietnam coffee. Oh this way of having my coffee break was totally heaven!

Ingredients
1tsp yeast, 250g bread flour, 100ml milk, 1egg, 90g tangzhong , 3g salt, 10g sugar, black sesame paste, half packet G7 instant coffee.

Mix together warm water and yeast , let it sit for a few mins. Add all dry ingredients and tangzhong and knead for 20mins by hand . Cover with the top and let rise for 1 hour until double in size. Punch the dough down and divide into 18 equal balls . Roll up the dough with sesame paste in well grease pan and cover and let rise again until doubled. Beat together 1 egg and water and brush the tops of the risen rolls with egg wash. Bake for 20 to 30mins at 170c or until the tops are nicely browned. Serve warm. Bon appetit !
