Easy! Stir fry Somen Noodles with Brocoli and Mince Meat.

Somen noodles are a form of udon noodles and made of wheat, the main difference probably being the size of the noodles. I find these noodles incredibly delicious but then again you can substitue with the noodles of your choice. This meal was whipped up in a matter of 15 minutes and really fulfilled our inexplicable craving for something tasty ,fulfilling yet healthy. We enjoy this very much !

I made this with mince meat, but you can use chicken or seafood instead.

Ingredient

150g somen noodle
50g mince meat
some garlic sprout
sunflower oil
sesame oil
soysauce and oyster sauce
1 medium broccoli
50g enokidake

Boil water in a deep pot and cook somen noodles stirring for 1min . Stir fry garlic and 2tbsp sunflower oil in a frying pan until aromatic , add marinated minces meat stir fry for 1min. Then add broccoli and  enokidake continue stir fry for another min and add some soy sauce , 1tbsp oyster sauce and sprinkle some pepper. Add somen noodle to the pan and stir quickly. Drizzle sesame oil and turn off the heat. Serve immediately.
