咸蛋火腿炒饭

Salted Egg with Honey Baked Ham Fried Rice

Just have this crazy idea of using salted egg to fry rice. With just few simple ingredients can fry up such a delicious fried rice! Salted eggs! very appetising to any dishes! For me it taste nice and fluffy eh- with just simple ingredients.

Ingredients
2 cooked salted eggs(mash egg yolk)
2 cups cooked rice
Some garlic and onion finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
150g honey baked ham
half cup finely sliced spring onions

Heat up the wok and add olive oil . Swirl the oil around to wok. Stir fry the onions and garlic until fragrance, add baked ham until caramelized. Add the cooked rice and stir fry for 2-3mins. Push the rice to the sides, creating a hollow in the middle of the wok. Add the salted egg yolk, stir constantly for about 2mins scrapping at the bottom of the wok to prevent sticking and make sure everything is thoroughly mixed together. Add chopped spring onion , season with onion powder, salt and pepper and dishup.
