Strawberry Ice-Cream BOMB Cake

Strawberry bome cake for 7inch stainless bowl. First slice strawberry. It should be finely sliced because when frozen even very finely sliced strawberries could be pretty hard. Then line plastic wrap inside of a dome mold. And tightly arrange strawberry slices in the stainless mold. And freeze. Now make vanilla ice cream. Whisk non fat whipping cream until stiff. Now slowly spread swirls in the mold. Make sure the strawberry slice is completely frozen by now, otherwise the ice cream mixture will get leaked out through the strawberry. Then smooth the cream a little and freeze for one hour to make it set. For strawberry cream filling, whip half cup whip cream until stiff. Add chopped strawberry and fold to combined. Pour the mixture into the center mold. Then pour the remainder vanilla batter on top and clean with an off-set spoon and freeze overnight. I just love two layers of beautiful ice cream with strawberry slice. It's haven! This is decadent dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients
1medium box korean strawberry

Vanilla icecream
1cup non fat whipping cream or heavy cream. 1tsp Vanilla extract

Strawberry icecream
1/2cup non fat whipping cream or heavy cream with chopped strawberry
1tsp strawberry essence.
