Butter Baked Salmon

BRAIN AND NERVES FOOD!

Butter Baked Salmon help your brain work better and improve your memory. , my hubby was in the mood for salmon with ramen today . I decided to keep it healthy and simple because that's how we like it. My sons absolutely loved this salmon and gobbled up every last bite on their plate . hahahaha especially the buttery and creamy gravy 。。。

If you want shiny hair, bright eyes and healthy skin salmon consumption can do provide that as well. Credit those omega-3 fatty acids and selenium in the salmon for that. (^-^)

Method

Prepare marinaed by mixing garlic, light soy sauce, sesame oil, corn flour and pepper. Place sliced salmon fillets in a medium container and cover with the marinade.. Marinate in the refrigerator about 30-45mins. Place salmon fillets in a greased baking bowl, sprinkle with black pepper and slice unsalted butter over each fillet. Cover with alluminium foil and bake for 30mins - 45mins at 180c - 190c (depends on individual oven)

Ingredient

2whole garlic bulbs
4tsp sesame oil
2 salmon fillets
1/4 tsp ground pepper and black pepper
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp corn flour
pinch of sugar

Rich & Creamy Pumpkin Rice

This quick and easy with good flavors pumpkin rice has a bright yellow hue when cooked, thanks to the pumpkin, so it looks extra cheery on our dinner table. This method of cooking is quite similar to my mother in-law's cooking style(i miss her cooking) - involving pre-cooking some of the ingredients by stir-frying and then everything is cooked in a wok to cook as a one-dish meal. The buttery aroma of the rice blended perfectly with the sweet taste of pumpkin.

The result is just heavenly deliciousness!!!

Very tasty and my family really enjoyed this for dinner last night especially my hubby he loves omelette very much!

Ingredients

1tbsp olive oil

20g butter (melted)

150g baked ham or streaky bacon(oven for 10-15mins)

100g lean meat (minced) or pork belly

5cloves garlic

1large onion finely chopped

1 medium pumpkin (smashed/puree)

3 cups rice

2 cups water

Pepper n salt and Green onion chopped (optional )

Method

Heat oil and butter in wok and fry onion garlic and meat until they are just cooked on the suface. Add uncooked washed rice and stir fry. Add water and cooked the rice.
