Traditional Curry Chicken and Pot Pie

Curry chicken with potatoes. This curry chicken recipe is my family's favorite. It's a classic yellow curry made with chunks of chicken wing and potatoes, and tastes like one of those wonderful curry you can find in the marketplaces and streets . .I love this recipe for my family. It's very easy to make and it's Super creamy! Super yummy!

Ingredients and method

Firstly pour 1pkt of instant curry paste mix into wok with some onion and garlic and fried for 1min. Add 1kg chicken wing and 500g potatoes into the wok and fry for another 2mins. Add in 600ml water and stir thoroughly and boil till chicken is cooked and transfer to clay pot, simmer over low heat.  Lastly add in 250ml of coconut milk , once the gravy boiled again, ready to serve and enjoy!
