Sweet Potato Casserole

This easy casserole recipe is a wkends must. 

Ingredient 

1 large japanese sweet potato, 

1/4 cup fresh milk,

half tsp salt 

1/4 cup almond(topping) .

I used japanese sweet potato, they are flavorful and sweet. First cook sweet potato in boiling water . Remove the skin and add milk, salt and mash with potato masher until well combined. Then fill a baking bowl with mash sweet potatoe. Bake in the oven to 190c for 15mins. Sprinkle almond and sugar on top of mashed potatoe , again bake for 15mins until almond turn golden brown. Yes!  Done ! 

Bon Appetit ! My teens loves warm mashed sweet potato with almond. Yummy!
