What a nice day(^-^)
I've made this so many times! It's absolutely delicious.. Not too sweet, lovely warm or cold, with or without cream or icecream. I've even made it at pinch with a frozen pastry case and the filling is still perfect amount..great easy recipe and yummy ! It goes well with a coffee!
Would make again for afternoon tea! ^v^
